My Almost Day

Not much happened today.  Work, mostly.  I was driving home after work and realized that the old JC Penny building is under a little construction.  No idea what is planning to take over, but we can hope it's something fun...

After work, mom and I went to staples to check out their sale on an HP all-in-one.  In case I didn't mention it, my laptop died a few months ago.  Luckily, I was able to copy my hard drive onto my external one, but I've been minus a computer.  This one looks pretty good, but they didn't have any in stock.  Joy.  Now I get to go out Saturday to see if they get any in.  Mom and I stopped by KFC and got some chicken for dinner.  I like KFC's chicken, but they are so slow and so pricey.

We got home just in time for me to change into my workout clothes and head to Zumba.  It's amazing - I can be a little frustrated (with Staples, with dinner, with myself, etc.) when I walk in, but when I walk out, everything has leveled.  I'm not bouncing off the walls, but I'm not frustrated anymore.  Came home and was able to catch dinner with Mom & Tif.  Albeit, they were done when I walked in, but still.  KFC chicken and corn on the cob.

Also, at some point, we went outside and there was this beautiful sunset.  The picture really doesn't do it justice, but you get a good idea.
