Tif had dinner group tonight. Mom and I went to Michael's On The Lake for dinner. If you get in there before 6pm, their appetizers are half price. We got in right before the cut off and shared their lettuce wraps and mini sliders. There was a weird kind of mushroom in the wraps, but overall I enjoyed the meal. Especially since it was half price.
Then it was Zumba time. One of the women who comes regularly took a place behind me today. That was odd because she usually takes the front. But she had brought her little daughter (or granddaughter? it's hard to tell.) Well, partway through class, she took a seat on one of the folded up mats in the back. I thought she had a Charley Horse because she was massaging her calf. A little while later, she had a couple friends help her limp out to the foyer. Turns out that during a song she had heard a little *pop* in her calf and it hurt to put weight on it. Ya, scary. She called her son to come pick her up and he ended up carrying her to the car. I hope she's all right. They said she is very focused on fitness - she works out about 3 times a day, including running, which she thinks may have been the initial cause. Most likely she won't be back to Zumba for a few weeks.
I had some fun talking with Jackie. We talked songs and shoes and life. We were walking out to our cars when we saw surprise bunnies! Okay, they were rabbits, but they were still a surprise. One was black and one was grey. (Gray, grey. I still don't know.) I was going to take a picture but I didn't want to get too close and scare them. After that my car got a bath. With the wind being so strong recently, my poor car has gotten really dirty. Came home and everyone was exhausted. Been a long day for everyone.
