It's just another manic monday. I wish it were Sunday - Nevermind, Sunday was a long day. I'm glad it's Monday. Work was good, then home to do a little cleaning. Then off to FHE - we had a BBQ at the Moberg's house with hotdogs and hamburgers. It was really hot. Thankfully, they had some trees in the backyard to lend us some shade. After dinner, they started a game of volleyball. The court was set up right next to their garage, so I joined the spectators in the shade. There was also some soft serve ice cream... it was delicious. Leslie had made hot fudge... I could have just eaten that for dessert.
Tomorrow morning, Doug is coming to install air conditioner units in both Tif and my bedrooms. So, the rest of the evening has been devoted to completely cleaning my room. This also included taking everything off my headboard and dusting. It was quite a bit of work, but it'll be worth it tomorrow when we turn them on. It has been getting so hot at night that we can't sleep. Crossing my fingers that he's able to put both of them in tomorrow...
Oh - I forgot to mention: I hate Staples. They didn't get any of the HP all-in-ones in with today's shipment. I asked if she could order one for me. She was more than willing, but when she put in the order, it came back as "out of stock". She said I could check back tomorrow. Well, I called the 1-800 number for staples and talked to another nice lady who informed me that not only are they out of stock, but that item is coming up with an expired ID number, which means that they are not going to restock that particular item. Forgive me while I yell. BUT YOU JUST PUT THAT ON SALE. LITERALLY. IT JUST CAME OUT IN THIS WEEK'S STAPLES AD. HOW CAN YOU BE OUT AND NOT REORDERING?!?!?! Argh. So, officially writing off Staples as a computer store. They have been relegated to office supplies and parts only. Internet, here I come. I hope someone else has this good a deal somewhere online.
