GPS and Zumba

This was dessert for lunch today.  This is the Apple Crisp I made yesterday.  The Crisp part came out particularly crisp yesterday, but softened up when we reheated it today.  It's delicious and easy to make, which is a definite bonus.

Tif stopped by the office today to pull out some winter clothing and look for some paperwork.  She has a GPS, and she purchased a lifetime update, meaning that she can update the maps whenever.  Well, they are insisting on seeing the paperwork, so she's looking for that amongst her important papers.  Mom made Salmon with squash and sweet potatoes for dinner, which was yummy.  Then I headed to Zumba.  Jackie had a new warm up song that one of the woman nicknamed the "circle of death."  It's done in a circle, so those standing opposite Jackie don't mirror her like they usually do, so they got a little disoriented.  I thought it was a lot of fun.
