At this point, all of the sisters' blogs converge. Lisa and family came up to stay with Sheri, and today mom and I went down to celebrate Carly's birthday. Haven't seen Lisa, Dave and family in a couple years, so it was great to spend a little time with them. We had a delicious dinner, and an excellent magic show by Dave (whose stage name I have forgotten...) He did a magnificent job. Maybe that was his name.. The Magnificent Dave... Maybe not. Oh well. Then we had a birthday celebration for Carly, who just turned 9! They are growing up so fast. Speaking of growing:
Nathan and Taylor insisted on measuring with Grandma. Apparently this is an achievement in their households, when they finally grow taller than grandma. Then we had a chocolate birthday cake and everyone just relaxed for awhile. Then it was time for mom and I to head home. Had a good time with my sisters and their families.
