Walmart, Foil Dinners and a Wedding (Rehearsal)

I was a good girl and went back to work today.  It was really nice to wake up in a room that was clear of clutter.  Of course, not actually clear of clutter, because my dresser and closet still are quite messy, but mostly everything I had left on the floor last night had a home.

Well, mom came by for an adjustment at the end of the work day.  She needed a couple things picked up from Walmart, so I went shopping while she got an adjustment.  When I got home, she was putting foil dinners on our plates.  They were really good.  I get the impression that mom doesn't think they turned out very well.  But I thought they were delicious.

Then it was up to the Stake Center at 7pm for a wedding rehearsal.  And before you get too excited (or panicked?), not my wedding rehearsal.  Mom's friend Darlene has a grandson who is getting married (civilly) by Bishop Allred.  And guess who Darlene asked to play the piano.  Ya, it was me.  So this past week I've been learning the traditional "Here Comes the Bride" and the "Wedding March".  Then I tacked on a few classical songs for prelude.  I get the feeling that the rehearsal was not going exactly as the bride, Ashley, pictured.  But at one point, mom spoke up and asked that they practice walking down the aisle with me playing to see how that came out.  We had to go through it a couple times before we got the timing down just right.  And as we did that, Ashley started crying.  Finally hit her that she's getting married tomorrow...  I'm quite nervous to play for a wedding, but we'll see how it goes tomorrow.
