Farmies Market and a Wedding

Woke up this morning and went to Farmer's Market.  Tif and I each got some blueberries (which are delicious) and popcorn.  Mom got some peaches, apples and zucchini.  Then we went to goodwill to see if they had anything fun.  They didn't, sadly.  Then Tif met up with her friend Amber to do some shopping and grab lunch.  Mom and I stopped by Subway and got sandwiches.  Just so happens that their specials this month are the exact ones that mom and I like.  Yummy!

We took a little rest and then headed up to the wedding at about 2:45pm.  I played some prelude and the wedding got underway.  It was a little tricky at one point, because Bishop Allred told me that he was going to welcome everyone and have a prayer, THEN have the wedding party enter.  Instead, the wedding party just started walking in.  So I had a little fun switching to Pachelbel's Canon for the wedding party.  Overall, it went pretty well.  I have never actually attended a wedding, so this was an interesting experience.

After the wedding, they had a dinner and then the traditional cake cutting, the father/daughter dance, etc.  Mom and I stayed to help out and eat.  We got home from the wedding just before 6pm.  Then mom made an interesting Broccoli Cheddar Soup for a late dinner.  It was quite simple, but very tasty.  It will definitely be added to the recipe book.
