Mug, Chicken and Zumba

At lunchtime today, I stopped by the ArtGarden and picked up my mug.  It turned out beautifully (and without chipping this time)!

Saw my friend Mary there.  Turns out that she will consistently have Thursdays off for the next several months, which is good.  She hasn't had consistent days off for about a year.

Came home from work to find Mom making dinner:  Parmesan Ranch Chicken, yams and broccoli.
It was delicious.  And before you freak out - that is one chicken breast.  Mom cooked them exactly like we cook steak:  tenderize (aka flatten out), sear in cast iron and then bake.  So they looked huge, but still just one chicken breast.  And they were so tender and juicy.  Usually chicken breast gets really dry, but this one didn't.

Then I went to Zumba.  For some reason, I was feeling like I was about done and we'd only been going for half an hour.  Don't know why it felt so long.  But I am never going 10 days without Zumba again.  Really tired.  Falling into bed ASAP.  Hopefully I can wake up tomorrow morning.
