No one wanted to cook tonight, so we had Tuna Casserole! We also had asparagus that mom had blanched and frozen. It turned out really well. Then went to Zumba - I love Zumba, but sometimes it doesn't love me. Tonight was one of the nights where I have energy to do more, but my muscles won't have it. I attempted a picture - that's my instructor on the left, Jackie. We do class in a mostly darkened room with a disco ball! For some reason, I think that helps us be a little less self conscious. I was dead after, but happy.
I'm realizing that I don't take photo opportunities. When I'm writing that day's post, I think back and reprimand myself for not taking a picture of the tuna casserole and asparagus, or not asking for a picture with Whitney and Allison... I'll try to get better at that. And in an attempt to do just that: We love these pickles. Thanks to Sheri for reminding mom about them when we visited (several months ago). I ate them all! (Well, all 4 that were left, anyway.)
