1. Roses
Angie is majoring in something like landscape architecture, and they had to go into the greenhouse and do flower arrangements and things. When they have extra supplies, the students can make their own arrangements that they can take home. So we constantly get fresh flowers in the apartment. And yesterday I noticed that our current flowers had died and we needed to throw them away. Well, that same day Angie walked in with those two flower arrangements. We are totally loving having Angie around. She is really fun to be around.
And Angie would totally get along with dad just fine. She went on a date a couple weeks into the semester and they went up into the mountains and were going to have a bonfire and just have fun. When they got up there the guys pulled a couple shot guns out of the back, and they set up make-shift targets! She likes shooting, and we get along pretty well. So anyways, this post is kind of a shout out to how much I love having Angie as a room-mate.
And I finally got my room clean enough to take pictures! so here are a few pictures, just keep in mind that I'm continually changing where I put a few things... so these pictures aren't exactly how my room looks right now, but you'll get the idea...

Fresh flowers are very nice. Isn't is great getting to know new people. Everyone has such a great story to share. Give Sarah a chance - I'm sure she has a great story too.
I loved having roommmates!!! I learned a lot from them. They are a lot of fun and can teach a lot. There will always be roommates that are fun, those that kind of bug, but remember, you are a roommate too. Which kind will you be??? Just don't pass up an opportunity to get to know someone! You just might miss a great friend.
